My lecture entitled RAINBOW Culture Transition Stress during the relocation process was devoted to the underestimated stress impact on the expacts.

The workshop on DIVERSOPHY POLAND followed on the next day. The participants showed the diversity typical for SIETAR members – Polish expats and migrants living abroad, newcomers from France, Malaysia, Brasil and Canada living currently in Poland and of course Poles. All the participants were divided into six groups and played diversophy Poland. Afterwards we discussed the possibilities of using this intercultural game in intercultural programs.
