Co-facilitation of the pre-congress Workshop @ SIETAR Europa Conference in Valencia

Facilitating the pre-congress workshop on Gamification with dr. George Simons was a real pleasure and a great learning experience. The multicultural audience was very active and opened towards new teaching methods and tools. We exchanged on the use of games in the intercultural trainings and discussed the best practices. In the afternoon we played diversophy and talked about possible debriefs. I look forward to more train the trainer events like this one.
